Trusted Services Division (TSD)

Led by Mr. Gary Jones, Vice President of the Trusted Services Division (TSD), ERPi provides independent, trusted consulting services to support enterprise business system implementation and deployments, investment decisions, and projects teams. TSD is responsible for Independent Validation and Verification (IV&V) and leads IV&V and proprietary engagements within a separate organization that has distinct reporting and control to avoid any conflict of interest or appearance of a conflict of interest.

With a focus on Federal CFO, CIO, PMO, CTO, and CHCO departments, ERPi offers independent consulting experienced with the domain, process, technology and regulatory framework of our federal customers.

With an emphasis on ERPi’s Collaborative Assessment Methodology (CAM), TSD consulting services include:

  • Project Management support from concept through procurement to implementation and delivery;
  • Program and Project governance organization development and operation;
  • Operational assessments, requirements, and source selection;
  • Capital planning and business case development and analysis;
  • Return on investment strategy, budgetary plans and controls;
  • Enterprise architecture modeling and design;
  • Gap analysis to understand the difference between the "as is" and "to be" enterprise;
  • Policy analysis to ensure compliance with external and internal administrative and regulatory issues;
  • Risk and Issues collection and assessment processes and mitigation planning, execution, tracking and reporting;
  • Auditing and planning for legacy data conversions;
  • Functional requirements and system testing;
  • Performance Measurement and the application of balanced scorecard methodology to ensure successful integration of strategic, customer, process, and financial goals;
