Seaport-E Contract

The functional areas that ERPi has relevant experience assist customers with enterprise systems acquisition and implementation. ERPi approaches enterprise systems acquisition and implementation with a fully integrated organizational approach that encompasses agency domain experience, qualifications in relevant business processes, training and experience with relevant enterprise technologies, and credentials for the policy or regulatory issues that define and control an agency’s mission and performance. Our approach emphasizes delivery of trusted agents with relevant agency domain experience that blend, through experience, training, and credentials the various aspects of process, technology, and policy.

This approach results in consistent application of best practices and significantly reduces costs due to better decision making, relevant assistance, and application of lessons learned from other similar programs.
