As Vice President, Paul Galley leads ERPi’s Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) market, including the development of new business lines such as Fraud/Waste/Abuse, Data Analytics, Automation, and Managed Services for growth across the Federal Civilian space. Paul loves situations where he is helping clients (and ERPi) figure out the unknown, whatever the industry or business setting. He has extensive experience helping clients revamp business strategy, turn existing business operating models on their head, or rapidly designing and standing up brand new organizations/business lines in response to legislative change or other major business events. He is a versatile general management consultant with an extensive toolkit in areas such as organizational transformation, turnarounds, operations optimization, outsourcing, process reengineering, and change management. Paul’s fundamental approach to consulting is to apply an “art of the possible” mentality to every situation – find talent, give them a vision, then see what they can do. Great things tend to happen when people are empowered to test drive new ideas.
A proud Nittany Lion, Paul bleeds blue and white having earned his bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University. He also holds an MBA from the Robert H. Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland. During the summer months, it’s a safe bet that you can find him at Nationals Park watching his beloved Nats.
