Stacey serves as ERPi’s Associate Vice President for Business Development. In this role, Stacey oversees our business development efforts across all ERPi accounts, managing our capture and proposal management resources and IDIQ vehicles. She maintains an active leadership role in our top-priority, most strategic opportunities. Stacey and her team provide the training, tools, and resources for all ERPi staff to hone their business development and proposal skills and to effectively contribute to corporate growth. She believes that growth is best accomplished by nimble teams of staff with diverse ideas and perspectives. Stacey especially enjoys mentoring rising leaders and nurturing trusted relationships with government and industry executives who are committed to improving services to our citizens.
Stacey has over 20 years’ experience in federal consulting, including managing project and proposal teams for Booz Allen Hamilton. While at Booz Allen, Stacey primarily managed network and telecommunications program management and acquisition support programs across civilian agencies, with her last eight years focused on the Department of Veteran Affairs. Stacey holds a Master’s Certificate in government contract management from Villanova University and bachelor’s degrees in history and business administration from the University of Mary Washington. She is the proud mom of two teenagers and loves the beach, watching her children’s sports, and hiking with her dog, Piper.
