As the Vice President of Corporate Development, Bill has responsibility for the corporate operations of ERPi. Bill was a part-time advisor to ERPi at its founding in 2001, and became a full-time employee in 2003. Bill also developed and runs ERPi’s leadership coaching practice. He leads the development of our manager’s leadership cohort which meets on a monthly basis to discuss industry trends, consulting best practices, and research that supports our Collaborative Advisory Methodology (CAM). Bill’s 30 years of experience as an Officer of public and private companies includes experience providing strategic planning, organizational development, and capture management.

Bill received his bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance from Drake University and his Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University. Bill is a credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation.

In his free time, Bill enjoys working in his woodshop and is also an active volunteer and sits on the board of several local charities.
