What We Do
Our mission is to deliver independent, trusted consulting services for federal clients. ERPi has performed on contracts exceeding $17 million providing enterprise-wide trusted consulting and organizational transformation services exclusively for federal civilian, defense, and intelligence agencies. ERPi has two operating divisions, the Enterprise Services Division and the Trusted Services Division.

- Domain: The field or area of responsibility of the specific federal agency or department where our customers conduct their missions. To support this core discipline, we deliver experienced consultants who are aligned with the goals and missions of the federal agencies we serve.
- Process: The systematic series of actions performed by a specific federal agency or department relevant to a specific mission or objective. To support this core discipline, we deliver consultants who are knowledgeable in the relevant federal business processes and are aligned with the desired outcomes.
- Technology: The means for performing federal processes that result in desirable outcomes. To support this core discipline, we deliver knowledgeable consultants skilled in the technologies federal agencies use to support their processes and achieve their goals.
- Policy: The regulatory, administrative, or political environments that govern behavior, processes, and outcomes for a federal agency or department. To support this core discipline, we deliver consultants who are experienced with the regulations of concern and who accredited in the policies that govern the federal agencies we serve.
- Program Management Advisory – We provide organizations with tools and methodologies to manage large programs including testing and quality assurance, resource management, including human resources, and organizational change management. We have developed a comprehensive "enterprise integration toolkit" for all phases of program execution that enables the client to plan and execute more efficiently.
(Download PM Advisory Overview) - Independent Verification & Validation (IV&V) – Utilizing our proprietary collaborative methodology, ERPi conducts objective, independent, experienced-based analytical assessments of client's processes, program documentation, planning and status documents, risk management information, regulatory compliance, test plans, and deliverables.

- CIO Advisory – ERPi provides support to Information Technology (IT) officers in leveraging technology to solve their business problems. This includes business process alignment, portfolio management, policy development, requirements definition and information assurance.

We aide in leveraging the technologies that improve client business operations. ERPi conducts business process reviews in advance of defining technology solutions to ensure the outcome meets the organization's business goals and performance objectives.
