What We Do

Our mission is to deliver independent, trusted consulting services for federal clients. ERPi has performed on contracts exceeding $17 million providing enterprise-wide trusted consulting and organizational transformation services exclusively for federal civilian, defense, and intelligence agencies. ERPi has two operating divisions, the Enterprise Services Division and the Trusted Services Division.

The delivery of trusted consulting services is based on four core disciplines that create the environment for federal enterprise IT programs including:

  1. Domain: The field or area of responsibility of the specific federal agency or department where our customers conduct their missions.  To support this core discipline, we deliver experienced consultants who are aligned with the goals and missions of the federal agencies we serve.
  2. Process: The systematic series of actions performed by a specific federal agency or department relevant to a specific mission or objective.  To support this core discipline, we deliver consultants who are knowledgeable in the relevant federal business processes and are aligned with the desired outcomes.
  3. Technology: The means for performing federal processes that result in desirable outcomes. To support this core discipline, we deliver knowledgeable consultants skilled in the technologies federal agencies use to support their processes and achieve their goals.
  4. Policy: The regulatory, administrative, or political environments that govern behavior, processes, and outcomes for a federal agency or department. To support this core discipline, we deliver consultants who are experienced with the regulations of concern and who accredited in the policies that govern the federal agencies we serve.

Specific services within these four core disciplines include:

  • IV&V – Independent Verification & Validation – ERPI provides in situ working advice on the state of client programs and key areas in need of focus using our Collaborative Assessment Methodology (CAM) ensuring no surprises and no finger pointing
  • PM Advisory – ERPi provides organizations with skills, methodologies, and tools to manage large programs. We provide project management, testing and quality assurance, requirements and human resource management, and organization change management. For ERP implementations, we have developed a comprehensive “checklist” for various phases of program execution enabling the client to plan and execute more effectively and efficiently.
  • Leadership Coaching - integrates all of ERPi’s offerings to focus on the leadership of the organizations we serve. Through coaching, leaders learn how clarify their priorities, determine what is missing and outline a path forward. They can then become catalysts for change within their organizations.
  • CFO Advisory – We support the CFOs of federal organizations in performing their jobs in compliance with current policy, rules and regulations. ERPi provides accounting standards implementation, financial reporting process improvement and project management, financial statement preparation assistance, and financial system assessments.
  • CIO Advisory – ERPi provides support the CIOs of federal organizations in leveraging technology to solve their business problems. This includes business process alignment, portfolio management, policy development, requirements definition, information assurance, and integration support.
