August 1, 2008: ERPi is proud to announce that Kevin Carroll has agreed to serve on ERPi’s Board of Directors and has become a shareholder of ERPi. Kevin has over 30 years of Federal Service including most recently as the US Army's Program Executive Office for Enterprise Information Systems. He oversaw 650 employees and obligated around $2.5 billion a year.
July 10, 2008: ERPi announces that we have received an extension to our GSA MOBIS schedule. This extension provides GSA negotiated rates through 2013.
May 13, 2008: ERPi announces that our SeaPort-e contract has been successfully modified to designate ERPi as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
March 20, 2008: ERPi was recently awarded a subcontract with Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) for the Defense Medical Logistics Standard Support (DMLSS). ERPi will provide Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) support for the DMLSS solution.
January 11, 2008: ERPi is pleased to announce a subcontract award, to provide technical support services to the Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) to facilitate the command's support for the U.S. Navy's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Single Supply Solution (SSS) program. ERPi will provide Change Management support to NAVSUP.
October 16, 2007: ERPi is proud to announce that we have been selected to receive the NIH Director’s Recognition Award for the NIH Business System (NBS) and nVision Reporting System Implementation. We will be receiving this award on November 7, 2007 for our role as a member of the NBS Project Team. With this special award, we are being recognized for exceptional IV&V service and dedication to the implementation of NBS Tracks 3 and 4 and the launch of the nVision Reporting System. October 8, 2007:> We are pleased to announce that ERPi is joining the SAIC team in support of the DoD’s Business Transformation Agency (BTA) Business Enterprise Architecture (BEA) and Enterprise Transition Plan (ETP) initiatives. ERPi personnel will be providing software engineering support to the Transformation Planning and Performance (TPP) Directorate under the Army’s ITES-2S vehicle on this multi-year subcontract.
October 1, 2007: ERPi was awarded a one year task to support the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) Financial Management Center of Excellence (FMCOE) initiative under subcontract to BearingPoint. ERPi personnel will be providing systems testing functional support at DFAS facilities in Indianapolis, IN and Cleveland, OH.
September 25, 2007: ERPi is proud to announce our selection as an IBM core supplier of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) consulting services in support of their Business Consulting Services Federal Division’s requirements to support federal civilian, department of homeland security, and defense agencies. This was a competitive award, with only eight businesses selected to participate. The blanket purchase agreement, predetermined labor rates, and established business development processes will enable us to partner efficiently with IBM and expose ERPi to opportunities in many new organizations. Broad in scope, this vehicle covers SAP, Oracle, and PeopleSoft functional and technical consultants across all Financial Management, Supply Chain Management, Human Capitol Solutions, and Customer Relations Management service market areas.
September 5, 2007: ERPi is pleased to announce our win of the Naval Supply Systems Command Single Supply Solution (SSS) support contract as a small business partner to CACI, Inc. This is a five year $47.5M indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract to provide technical support services to facilitate the command's support for the U.S. Navy's Enterprise Resource Planning SSS program. The SSS is the Navy's planned single integrated secure supply and maintenance information system, capable of tracking naval supply and equipment purchases and allocations throughout the global Navy enterprise.
August 22, 2007: ERPi received a determination letter today from the Veteran’s Administration certifying our majority shareholder, President & CEO Chris Jones, as a Service-Disabled Veteran. ERPi is now qualified as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), affording us access to greater opportunities and streamlined contracting with our federal customers.
July 20, 2007: The Naval Supply Information Systems Activity (NAVSISA) in Mechanicsburg, PA has awarded ERPi a task via Serco, Inc. to support their Standard Accounting and Reporting System (STARS) project. ERPi assists in performing business analysis, software engineering, and issue resolution during the planning, control, and execution of STARS changes and enhancements.
July 9, 2007: We are pleased to announce that ERPi was awarded a subcontract with KPMG to support the Army’s Enterprise Management Decision Support (EMDS) program, which is managed by the Deputy Under Secretary of the Army Business Transformation (DUSA-BT) office at the Pentagon and in Crystal City, VA. ERPi provides full-time system development lifecycle analysis support.
June 25, 2007: We welcome Renee Rhodes to the ERPi team. Renee brings more than 20 years of experience as a full charge accountant for general fund accounts throughout the Navy and the Defense Finance Accounting Service (DFAS). She is currently working full-time on the Army GFEBS program as a Financial Team Lead, in addition to assisting on NAVSISA’s Standard Accounting and Reporting System (STARS) project in a part-time capacity.
June 11, 2007: IBM was awarded the Navy ERP Release 1.1/1.2 support contract today with ERP as a small business subcontractor. ERPi expects to provide personnel to participate in deployment of the next increment of this global Navy business system. Our subcontract services will be focused on program management, SAP functional analysis, domain functional analysis, testing, and change management.
March 19, 2007: ERPi is pleased to announce that Gary Jones has agreed to join ERP. Gary comes to ERPi with over 25 years experience directing complex technology projects. He retired from Federal service as the Assistant Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for Logistics Systems Management with responsibility for business systems development, modernization and management including budgeting, strategy, and implementation.
January 8, 2007: ERPi is pleased to announce that it was awarded a subcontract for the Information Technology Enterprise Solutions 2 Services (ITES-2S) contract, which has a maximum value of $20 billion. ERPi is a subcontractor providing ERP and other Enterprise services.
Novemeber 16, 2006: ERPi is pleased to announce that is has been added as a subcontractor to Booz Allen Hamilton’s NIH Chief Information Officer—Solutions & Partners 2 (CIOSP2). Through this procurement, NIH intends to award multiple Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts for acquiring a wide range of Information Technology (IT) products, services, and solutions for the Institutes and Centers of the NIH and all other federal agencies. The ceiling on the program is $19 billion.
May 2, 2006: ERPi is pleased to announce the arrival of our new Vice President, DoD Consulting Practice, Chris Meyer. Chris comes to ERPi from KPMG where he was a Director in their Federal Practice focusing on managing large technology programs.
2006: ERPi’s civilian sector client base was expanded in 2006 with the award of several subcontract tasks to provide trusted executive consulting services to the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Our IV&V support team at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) was also increased with the addition of a task to provide Document Management assessment and implementation support services.

ERPi announced that it was one of four semifinalists for the National
Capital Business Ethics Award (NCBEA), in the small business category. ERPi
was one of more than 50 companies nominated. Companies were judged on their
commitment to sound ethical business practices in management philosophies and
everyday operations.
The NCBEA – now in its fifth year – is presented by the Greater Washington
and Northern Virginia Chapters of the Society of Financial Service Professionals
in partnership with George Mason University. It recognizes businesses outside
of the financial services industry that exemplify “a strong commitment to business
excellence and to the highest standards of civic and social responsibility,
integrity and ethical conduct.” Nominated companies undergo a comprehensive
screening process, with winners being selected by a highly respected panel of
independent judges. This year’s judges included the Chairman of the Board of
the Ethics Resource Center and two corporate presidents.

it reflects how we operate with our clients – providing trusted agent support
without bias or other conflicts of interest. We are proud to achieve this type

The Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) has recently completed a review
of the Company's accounting system. ERPi is pleased to announce that the DCAA
concluded the Company's accounting system met its accounting requirements without
need for adjustment. The review was conducted as a result of our recent award

28, 2005: ERPi is pleased to announce the award of a new five-year
contract. ERPi teamed with SAIC to support the development
and integration of OSDs Capital Asset Management System
(CAMS) program at the SPAWAR Systems Center San Diego (SSC-SD).
This work is a continuation of current West Coast Operations
that have been historically managed through small short term
task orders. This new award represents not only a long term
engagement but a vehicle for future growth. The company
has identified the following positions for contract start-up:
* Technology Architect
* ERP Process Functional Lead
* Change Management Lead
* Functional Module Senior
* Project Control Officer
As the CAMS project evolves, ERPi expects to staff additional
positions as required under the contract.

24, 2005: The Defense Contract
Audit Agency (DCAA) has recently completed a review of the

the Navy SeaPort e contract as a small business prime. AMSEC/SAIC
is our subcontractor on this effort and we anticipate adding
additional subcontractors based on the needs of our customers.
The ERPi award includes all geographic zones for the majority
of services solicited under the RFP. In addition to winning
the contract as a prime, we also teamed as a subcontractor
with several other organizations awarded prime contracts.
The following organizations can use the Seaport e vehicle:
Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space
and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command,
Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Engineering Command,
Strategic Systems Programs, and the United States Marine Corps.
The award has a four-year base period with one five-year award
term and one additional one-year award term. The Seaport e
award allows ERPi to act as trusted agents and continue to
meet the needs of our Navy customers.
March 18, 2005:
ERPI recently submitted provisional indirect cost billing
rates to the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA). These rates
are necessary to support proposal activities currently in
process as well as cost reimbursable contracts upon award.
On March 18, 2005, the company was informed by the Mid-Atlantic
Region of the DCAA that our submitted rates are approved for
purposes of provisional billings and to support proposal activities.
September 29, 2004: ERPi
is pleased to announce the continuation of our support to
the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center in San Diego, CA
in their efforts to integrate the Cabrillo ERP Military Equipment
(Cabrillo ME) system and business processes with the Navy’s
ERP architecture. The ME Valuation business process requirement
establishes capability for all services to provide annual
and quarterly financial reporting for DoD. ERPi performs services
to establish, engineer/re-engineer, blueprint, and configure
the Navy’s business processes in accordance with DoD
established policies. Our staff of six has been integral to
SPAWAR efforts to define and perform the design of the Capital
Asset Management System (CAMS) architecture. This tasking,
previously performed under SAIC’s Systems Engineering
& Integration (SE&I) vehicle, was re-awarded under
our MOBIS GSA schedule.
August 27, 2004: ERPi
is pleased to announce the expansion of our ongoing U.S. Army
Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO-EIS)
support performed on site at Ft. Belvoir, Virginia. As trusted
agents, ERPi staff will be assisting in the General Funds
Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) program solicitation and
review support efforts including pre-solicitation, solicitation,
and source selection activities. We will also assist the GFEBS
program in defining the Army “to be” Financial
Organization Structure and related business rules. A critical
component of this tasking will be to review and validate as
an independent agent the GFEBS proposed business architecture,
to ensure that processes have been captured, mapped, and modeled
correctly within the architecture.
June 17, 2004: ERPi is pleased
to announce that it has received a new contract from the National
Institutes of Health (NIH) to provide Independent Verification
and Validation (IV&V) Services for the NIH National Business
System (NBS). In this continuation of previous NIH NBS project
support, ERPi will supply executive-level consulting to the
NIH stakeholders responsible for designing, developing, and
implementing an Oracle-based enterprise resource planning
(ERP) system. As trusted agents, our staff will play a primary
role in reviewing the project performance measurement and
tracking for completeness and accuracy, and preparing an interpretation
of the significance of any calculated indices. ERPi will also
assist NIH program managers in monitoring and assessing ongoing
progress and strategic initiatives, share lessons learned
from other major ERP implementations, and provide general
program monitoring and analysis services.
May 6, 2004:
ERPi is pleased to announce that it has received a new contract
from the U.S. Navy under its previously announced MOBIS Schedule.
Under this new contract ERPi will provide support to the Project
Cabrillo Program Management Office (PMO) in their overall
initiative to integrate their business process toward the
overall Enterprise Architecture Consulting activities will
support integration requirements including solutions utilizing
SAP MM module, procurement functionality and integration of
these business processes. Activities within the scope of this
effort include studies, analyses and reports documenting any
proposed improved policies and/or processes, and to implement
these processes planning and coordinating these new capabilities
throughout the Project Cabrillo system.
January 16, 2004:
ERPi is pleased to announce that it has received a new subcontract
award from Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. to provide
program management support for the U. S. Navy¹s ERP Convergence
Program. Under the subcontract, ERPi will provide an assessment
of the current ERP programs, Cost Analysis and Benefits Realization,
and Risk Analysis.
November 17,
2003: ERPi is pleased to announce that it has been
awarded a contract from the National Institutes of Health
under its previously announced MOBIS Schedule. ERPi will perform
an independent assessment of the integration plan and architecture
for the new NIH Business System. ERPi will interact with the
government Project Management Team (PMT) and contractor staff
to develop an independent opinion and analysis.
September 30,
2003: ERPi is pleased to announce that it has received
its first contract awarded under its previously announced
MOBIS Schedule Contract. The U. S. Army has awarded a contract
to ERPi to support the Army¹s PEO EIS with overall integration
of the Business Enterprise Architecture.
June 11, 2003:
ERPi is proud to announce that it has been awarded a GSA MOBIS
Schedule Contract. ERPi is eligible to receive MOBIS contract
awards at negotiated rates from all Federal agencies. ERPi
will focus on ³trusted agent² consulting services in the Federal
Enterprise market. The MOBIS contract is for a period of 10
years.
