Gary was formerly the Vice President of Professional Services and the Chief Technology Officer for C-Systems International Corporation. He also acted as the Assistant Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for Logistics Systems Management, was a Program Manager at DARPA, and a Naval Architect for the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA).

Kevin is a retired SES from the Department of the Navy. His career as a federal employee spanned 31 years, and centered on Supply Chain Management and the systems that support it. In his last assignment before retiring, he was the Director of the Office of Special Projects (OSP). Prior to OSP he was the Chief Operations Officer at the Naval Supply Systems Command.

He served from 1996-2000 as CFO of Network Solutions, Inc., which was acquired by VeriSign in June 2000. Bob came to Network Solutions from SAIC, where from 1987 to 1996, he held a variety of senior financial positions.
