Board

Bob Korzeniewski, Chairman, has over 20 years experience in the financial management of technology organizations. Previously, Mr. Korzeniewski was the Executive Vice President of VeriSign and the CFO of Network Solutions.

Chris Jones, President and CEO, brings over 30 years federal IT experience including ERP and E-Government systems acquisition and implementation.

Don Morrell, Vice President of Finance and CFO, is a certified public accountant with over 20 years experience managing professional and technical service enterprises.

Paul Sager, Chairman, Finance Committee, has over 20 years in financial management of technology organizations and the implementation of enterprise systems. Previously, Mr. Sager was the Senior Vice President of Finance.

Dennis Distler, Co-Chair, Operations Committee, served 30 years in federal service with the Department of the Navy, including acting as the SES Program Director for the SAP implementation at NAVAIR.

Kevin Carroll, Co-Chair, Operations Committee, has over 30 years of federal service. Most recently, he served in the US Army's Program Executive Office for Enterprise Information Systems. He oversaw 650 employees and managed approximately $2.5 billion annually.

Management

Bill Hummel, Vice President for Corporate Development, was formerly the President & CEO of Federal Computer Corporation—a systems integrator to the federal market with annual sales of $60 million. Bill is a Certified Leadership Coach (CLC).


Chris Meyer, Vice President for Enterprise Services Division, was a former Director at KPMG with experience managing large ERP and custom software programs. He also brings expertise in capital planning and investment management.

Gary Jones, Vice President for Trusted Services Division, was formerly the Vice President of Professional Services and the Chief Technology Officer for C-Systems International Corporation. He also acted as the Assistant Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for Logistics Systems Management, was a Program Manager at DARPA, and a Naval Architect for the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA).

Kevin Fitzpatrick, Vice President of the Logistics and Systems Support Division, is a retired SES from the Department of the Navy. His career as a federal employee spanned 31 years, and centered on Supply Chain Management and the systems that support it. In his last assignment before retiring he was the Director of the Office of Special Projects (OSP). Prior to OSP he was the Chief Operations Officer at the Naval Supply Systems Command.

Dr. John Glancy, Advisor, previously Vice-Chairman of SAIC.

Atul Jain is the founder and Chairman of TEOCO Corporation, an employee-owned software development company.

Randy Volker, Advisor, has 30 years of federal service experience including serving as the Program Director for implementation, delivery, and operations of the Navy ERP program at SPAWAR.
