ERPi hires Michael Hager for BD in the Human Capital Arena

December 3, 2009:  ERPi is pleased to announce that Michael W. Hager has joined ERPi.  Mr. Hager will immediately assist ERPi will work on an existing engagement focusing on issues surrounding change management and related processes.  Mr. Hager will also work on business development primarily in the Human Capital arena.

 

Mr. Hager comes to ERPi with over 30 years of increasing managerial experience in corporate, quasi government and federal government organizations, and was recently the Acting Director of the Office of Personnel Management.  Prior to that assignment Mr. Hager was unanimously confirmed by the Senate as Assistant Secretary for Human Resources and Administration for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.  He was also head of the Loan Guarantee program for the Small Business Administration.

Preceding his Federal experience Mr. Hager served as Chief Human Capital Officer for Freddie Mac, Russell Corporation and for fifteen years at Bank One Corporation.  In those assignments Mr. Hager built highly successful business partnerships and developed broad base change management experience.  His focus has been in Leadership and Management, Operations-redesign, build and run, and Organizational Effectiveness.  His earlier experience includes eight years in the defense and aerospace industries while working for Rockwell International.

Mr. Hager has accumulated global experience that will enable him to offer immediate business solutions to meet complex client needs.  His track record has been built on strong relationships from entry level staff to boardrooms.  He has skillfully worked with operational teams to assemble performance metrics and achieve outstanding outcomes meeting or exceeding client expectations.
