ERPi taps Kevin Fitzpatrick for VA engagement

June 1, 2009: ERPi is pleased to announce that Kevin Fitzpatrick has joined ERPi. Mr. Fitzpatrick will assist ERPi with its Veterans Affairs engagement for the FLITE program as a Change Management consultant.

 

Having led two successful ERP federal implementations, he is also responsible for developing a supply chain management practice providing support to intelligence and classified program clients.

Mr. Fitzpatrick comes to ERPi with 31 years of increasingly complex supply chain management and logistics experience for the DoD, which culminated in 10 years of service as a member of the Senior Executive Service (SES). A dynamic leader with extensive experience in successfully leading transformational change, he has consistently sought to develop best business practices and business change in order to significantly reduce costs and improve customer service. He is strategically focused on "execution and delivery,” and has expertise in supply chain management, innovation leadership, business process improvement, and enterprise resource planning solutions.

In his last SES position, Mr. Fitzpatrick was the Executive Director of the Navy's Office of Special Projects, as well as the Director of 800 personnel for the Navy Engineering Logistics Office where he provided logistics, transportation, and acquisition support to Navy shore establishments, the Fleet, and CNO assigned projects. He successfully implemented strategic planning, business metrics, and improved employee and customer satisfaction through a balanced scorecard approach.

Prior to his previously mentioned SES position , Mr. Fitzpatrick was the civilian Chief Operations Officer for the Naval Supply Systems Command. There he developed policies and tools governing the Navy's end-to-end supply chain including policies and information systems for wholesale and retail material management, afloat supply systems, and pollution prevention. In addition, he implemented strategic sourcing studies, a call center operation, a world-wide repairable material transportation and processing system, a web-based ordering system, and managed $150 million of information technology projects including the successful execution of a commercial (SAP and Manugistics) enterprise resource planning project.
