| Our
Goal: When asked, most
people can remember a time when they were part of something that rewarded them
with a sense of accomplishment while developing personal relationships that enriched
their lives. For many, these experiences were found on championship teams, philanthropic
programs or successful business projects that resulted in team success and individual
fulfillment. In all of these cases, those same people spend a great deal of their
lives trying to recreate that environment. The
principals of ERPi have enjoyed these experiences several times. We have also
witnessed near misses that were less than satisfying due to a shortage of vision,
absence of team integrity, or a disconnect between individual effort and subsequent
reward. It is these experiences that lead us to create ERPi.
Our
goal is to grow an employee-owned organization that:
- Rewards
team members with a sense of accomplishment, satisfaction, and pride;
- Conducts
business and engages partners, employees, and customers with honesty, integrity,
dignity, and respect;
- Develops
personal relationships and a sense of fulfillment; and
- Enriches
members based on individual contribution and team success.
Our
Mission: Our mission is to deliver expert business system consulting for Federal clients deliver enterprise consulting and technical services in an environment of honesty and integrity that embodies our goals of accomplishment, satisfaction, and pride while enriching individuals for their contribution to team success. The work of building an organization with these goals is not always fun and is often difficult. However, the reward for hard work and a commitment to these goals is a sense of fulfillment, personal enrichment, and financial reward. It is an opportunity to reach a level of self-actualization that can only be achieved by being committed to something bigger than oneself, by being a part of a genuine team.
