Founded in 2001, ERPi is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) dedicated to the values of trust and integrity.

Our goal is to establish relationships based on respect, treat customers and employees with dignity, and conduct business with integrity.

Our mission is to deliver independent, trusted consulting services for federal clients. Our consulting experts have an average of 25 years experience with the agencies they serve and the various processes and technologies they use. ERPi is focused exclusively on federal, civilian, defense, and intelligence agencies.

Our vision is to be a respected professional services firm transforming federal agencies through premiere people and solutions. These four elements of our vision are the cornerstones of our strategy and drive our approach to achieving our goals:

Domain: the field or area of responsibility where our customers conduct their mission	ERPi consultants are experienced and aligned with the goals and missions of the federal agencies we serve.
Process: a systematic series of actions directed to a result	ERPi consultants are knowledgeable of federal business processes and their desired outcomes.
Technology: the means for dealing with processes that result in desirable outcomes	ERPi consultants are knowledgeable and skilled in technologies federal agencies use to support their processes and achieve their goals.
Policy: the regulatory, administrative, or political environments that govern behavior, process, and outcome	ERPi consultants are experienced with the regulations and are accredited in the policies that govern the federal agencies we serve.

ERPi consultants are currently providing independent, trusted consulting services in Virginia, Maryland, the District of Columbia, and California.

Recent News & Events

December 3, 2009: ERPi is pleased to announce that Michael W. Hager has joined ERPi. Mr. Hager will immediately assist ERPi will work on an existing engagement focusing on issues surrounding change management and related processes. Mr. Hager will also work on business development primarily in the Human Capital arena.
